Smooth and elegant, the Foxtrot is a traditional ballroom style danced to slow and smooth big band tunes. Foxtrot developed from the traditional Waltz, but modified to suit a 4/4 time signature. The Foxtrot glides around the floor with ease and fluid elegance.
