Dance 4 Life teaches social dancing in 4 main "genres" of related dances. Each genre has 2 main dances that we focus on, and across the 4 genres, these make up our 8 main party dances. These 8 dances are Salsa, Bachata, Forro, Bolero, Rumba, Cha Cha Cha, Social Foxtrot and Box Waltz.
The dances in each genre share similar concepts, technique and origin, allowing you to pick up multiple dances and dance to different types of music! Students initially choose 1 or 2 genres to focus on first, then branch out to others when they're ready. Additional dances are also introduced as students progress in level.
