Learning across dance styles

We teach a range of popular social partner dances across Latin, Street, Brazilian and Ballroom.

You'll usually begin with one or two styles, with opportunities to explore additional dances and styles along the way.

Because many dances share similar lead and follow concepts, skills learned in one dance often carry naturally into others, making it easier to adapt to different styles and music.

Our core beginner dances give you a mix of styles, rhythms, and partner connection. They are:

● Foxtrot

Learning across different styles helps you develop the flexibility to dance to a wider range of music.
You’ll begin with one or two dances, then expand gradually as your confidence and skills develop.

Expanding Your Dancing

As you progress, you'll be introduced to additional dances that build on the same core skills, give you more variety and depth in your dancing.

Bronze Level
Merengue, Samba de Gafieira, Ballroom Samba, English Tango, Quickstep

Silver Level
Jive, Kizomba, Zouk, Slow Foxtrot

Gold Level
Argentine Tango, Lindy Hop, Soltinho, Paso Doble, Viennese Waltz

Many dances share similar concepts, technique, and structure, so building a strong foundation in the core dances makes it easier to pick up new styles over time.
